SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern the text-messaging communications between Specialized Realty and any individual who has provided a phone number to us and
consented to receive text messages.

 

1. SMS Consent and Communication

By providing your phone number to Specialized Realty and checking the SMS-consent box on one of our forms (or otherwise expressly opting in), you consent to receive text (SMS)
messages from Specialized Realty at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a
condition of any purchase, lease, or other business relationship with us. The phone numbers
obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for
marketing purposes.

 

2. Types of SMS Communications

If you have consented to receive text messages from Specialized Realty, you may receive
messages related to the following:
Internal staff communications — conversational messages between Specialized
Realty employees, agents, and authorized personnel regarding day-to-day business
operations.
Vendor and contractor coordination — scheduling, confirmations, status updates, and other conversational communications with vendors and contractors regarding
maintenance, repairs, services, inspections, and property-management matters.
Appointment and meeting reminders — reminders related to scheduled
appointments, walk-throughs, or service visits.
Example: “Hi, this is a reminder of your scheduled service appointment at 213 N. Orange St.,
Glendale on Friday at 10:00 AM. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages from Specialized
Realty at any time.”

 

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency will vary depending on the nature and timing of business operations. You may receive up to 10 SMS messages per week from Specialized Realty related to internal communications, vendor coordination, or appointment-related matters.

 

4. Potential Fees for SMS Messaging

Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless carrier’s pricing plan. Fees may vary depending on whether messages are sent or received domestically or internationally. Specialized Realty is not responsible for any carrier fees you may incur.

 

5. Opt-In Method

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Specialized Realty in the following ways:
• By checking the SMS-consent box and submitting an online form on our website (for
example, our Contact form, Commercial Rental Application, or other forms that collect a
phone number).
• By verbally or in writing providing your phone number to Specialized Realty and
expressly authorizing us to text you.

 

6. Opt-Out Method

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from us at any time. To do so:
Reply STOP to any SMS message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time
confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, after which we will no longer send you
SMS messages.
Contact us directly at 818.546.1212 or info@specializedrealty.com and ask to be
removed from our SMS list.

 

7. Help

If you experience any issues with our SMS messages, reply HELP to any message and we will
respond. You can also contact us directly at 818.546.1212 or by email at

Additional option: If you do not wish to receive SMS messages, simply do not check the SMS-
consent box on our forms.

 

8. Standard Messaging Disclosures
