Our standard

We design and test this site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Our site was last reviewed for accessibility on September 24, 2026, and we re-test it when we make changes and at least once a year. We do not use accessibility overlay widgets; we build accessibility into the pages themselves.

Listings, applications, and the tenant portal

Residential listings, rental applications, and the tenant and owner portal (rent payments and repair requests) are provided by AppFolio, and commercial listings are provided by LoopNet. These services are run by those companies on their own websites, and we cannot change how they are built. If you cannot use one of them, we will help you another way: you can ask about available properties, apply for a rental, pay rent, or submit a repair request by phone, by email, or in person at our office. Asking for help this way will never count against you.

Our office

The main entrance to our office at 213 N. Orange St., Suite A, Glendale is step-free. If you would like assistance entering the building or using the rent drop-box, call 818.546.1212 and a staff member will meet you.
